SYSPAL LTD is the market leader in the innovation, design and manufacturing of stainless steel and aluminium equipment for hygiene and quality orientated industries. We are currently looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel and aluminium materials.
Key responsibilities:
Fabrication and welding of bespoke stainless steel and aluminium products using sheet, plate, tube, and machined components (1mm – 30mm)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to determine best fabrication and welding methods
Adhere to the companies’ policies and procedures
Maintaining the company’s high standard of housekeeping to ensure that the work area is organised, clean and hazard free
Involvement in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes and products
Safe operation of lifting equipment
Safe operation of machinery, hand tools and power tools
Using your own initiative to solve and overcome problems
Undertake any other reasonable duty requested from the company
A diverse range of products to work with due to our bespoke nature
Skills, experience and requirements
2 years TIG welding experience (essential)
2 years fabrication experience (preferred but not essential as training is provided)
MIG welding experience is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work alone or within a team
Flexibility of working hours when required
High attention to detail and quality conscious
Excellent time keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the quality requirements expected within the food and beverage, pharmaceutical or veterinary industries is desired

Setting up, operating and maintain advanced laser welding equipment to perform precise welding tasks and ensuring the quality of the finished product for specific project requirements
Reading, interpreting and following welding process specifications
Ensure the use of correct settings and parameters on the equipment
Adhere to the companies’ policies and procedures
Maintaining the company’s high standard of housekeeping to ensure that the work area is organised, clean and hazard free
Involvement in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes and products
Safe operation of machinery, hand tools and power tools
Undertake any other reasonable duty requested from the company

Key responsibilities:
Supplying the manufacturing team with raw and purchased materials
Transportation of goods between manufacturing processes
Ensuring that all work in progress and completed product is clearly identifiable
Cleaning, packing and crating of goods
Maintaining our 5S cleaning regime
Assist other departments when required

What we are looking for
Experience of operating a POPT (Pedestrian Operated Pump Truck)
Experience of operating an Overhead Crane
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Ability to work alone or within a team
The above would be advantageous, however full training will be given to the right candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our growing Mechanical Handling department — someone with the creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to develop innovative, hygienic equipment that meets the demands of customers across the UK and internationally.
Your Role at a Glance
You will take products from initial concept through to detailed design, creating bespoke machinery that combines functionality, durability, and hygienic excellence. Using SolidWorks 3D CAD, FEA simulation, and your engineering know-how, you will turn customer requirements into robust manufacturing-ready designs.<\p>
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
Take ownership of projects from concept to final detail design.
Use SolidWorks 3D CAD to model bespoke machinery and adapt existing standardised designs for specific customer requirements.
Apply FEA simulation and manual calculations to verify structural integrity and performance.
Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and bills of materials using SolidWorks and ERP systems.
Specify technical requirements for purchasing and manufacture.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration
Design sheet-metal and welded structural fabrications.
Incorporate electric motor drives, with knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems an advantage.
Ensure designs meet hygienic manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and fit for purpose.
Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Attributes
HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (IT and electrical design qualifications an advantage).
Minimum 5 years’ experience using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Innovative, proactive, and hands-on, with a passion for product design.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
Designing for hygienic environments.
Working with quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with automation and process machinery.<\p>

Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our innovative team and become the dedicated marketing voice across SYSPAL Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine. This is an exciting, hands-on role that combines creativity, digital know-how, and real-world product insight.
In the first few months, a key focus of the role will be supporting the development and delivery of our new website, working closely with our outsourced marketing agency to ensure timelines are met and content is delivered to a high standard. Maintaining momentum on this project and helping coordinate internal input will be a major priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to understand the Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine product ranges and customer audiences
- Support the development and launch of the new SYSPAL website alongside an external marketing agency
- Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met during the website development phase
- Take ownership of marketing activity and content across the Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine department
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, brochures, emailers, case studies, and website content
- Support SEO, website maintenance, and digital campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas to product branding and promotional strategies
- Organise and support exhibitions and industry events
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Create case studies, testimonials, and video content from customer projects
- Maintain marketing materials and coordinate design updates
- Assist with reporting, marketing performance tracking, and general marketing administration
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years experience in a marketing or digital communications role
- Experience in B2B or product-based marketing
- Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and website CMS systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or InDesign)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with external partners
- Comfortable working in a collaborative two-person marketing team, sharing ideas, projects, and creative responsibilities
Desirable
- Confidence working across departments and with customers
- Videography/ photography skills
- Experience working with external marketing or digital agencies
- Graphic design experience, with the ability to create and adapt marketing materials
