Mixing Bowl Single Column Tipper
The Mixing Bowl Single Column Tipper is ideal for the bakery industry. Each lift and tip design is constructed from grade 304 stainless steel and is designed to reduce injury caused by manual handling. With a safe working load of 200kg this Single Column Tipper has a range of safety features as standard, including mechanical bin retention and anti-fall chain break mechanism. There are two tipping options to select from, curve and roller tipping and a tipping angle up to 55°. The tipping option is specified dependent upon application. Various guarding options are available for the Mixing Bowl Single Column Tipper and it can be mobile or bolt down.
Tipper Options
Roller
The tip roller design allows a quick bin rotation and an increased tip angle up to 55°. This assists in transfer of difficult or sticky product. Typical applications would be high viscosity liquids, dough and pastry products or prepared vegetables. Chute and guard options available.
Curve
The tip curve design allows a more controlled tip function up to a tip angle of 40°. The low profile travel of the tip curve suits tight installations where height restrictions are a limiting factor. Typical applications would be low viscosity liquids such as stocks, sauces or free flowing grains, powders etc. Chute and guard options available.
Track Chute
The combination of a tip curve function and additional track mounted chute maximizes product control when feeding cooking kettles or vessels for similar processes. The track chute raises and lowers with the carriage during lift operation and is positioned prior to the tipping of the bin. Chute and guard options available.
