Tray Single Column Tipper
Tray Single Column Tippers are specifically designed for the lifting and tipping of industry standard trays. With safety in mind the lifters significantly reduce the risk of injury caused by manual handling. With a safe working load up to 100kg, this Tray Single Column Tipper has a tipping angle of 55° and is designed to hold 600 x 400 Eurotrays. Other trays sizes used within the food industry can be specified and accommodated. Various guarding options are available and the Tray Single Column Tipper can be specified either mobile or bolt down. Standard safety features include mechanical tray retention and high and low level lift carriage limit switches.
Tipper Options
Roller
The tip roller design allows a quick bin rotation and an increased tip angle up to 55°. This assists in transfer of difficult or sticky product. Typical applications would be high viscosity liquids, dough and pastry products or prepared vegetables. Chute and guard options available.
Curve
The tip curve design allows a more controlled tip function up to a tip angle of 40°. The low profile travel of the tip curve suits tight installations where height restrictions are a limiting factor. Typical applications would be low viscosity liquids such as stocks, sauces or free flowing grains, powders etc. Chute and guard options available.
Track Chute
The combination of a tip curve function and additional track mounted chute maximizes product control when feeding cooking kettles or vessels for similar processes. The track chute raises and lowers with the carriage during lift operation and is positioned prior to the tipping of the bin. Chute and guard options available.
